The New Look
Out of all of those the third would be my choice is you wanna keep a somewhat stock look, and dimple dies are just plain awesome. But if you want a spare mount the second would work too, but hauling a huge tire in and out wouldn't be fun haha.
that was a big thing on that other truck the stock bumper looked like crap with the pre runner bed sides..... i like the 3rd one put a little black dimond plate behind it with some lights behind the holes on the sides and it will look good i think im going to play with the idea tomorrow
Front will have to be done all custom since he has a body lift, there's only one company I know that makes them for body lifted trucks pre-made and imo they don't look too good and they're like 1200 or so. And the rear if he does bedsides like he said won't look good, the bedsides are tapered for departure angle and so it would need a tube style.

Instead of the suspension stuff you had planned on before, have you thought about switching over to the fabtech long travel kit? They sell on ebay for $900. The only extra's you'd need is fabtech spindles and the dual shock cage if you want to be a real Bad A. Come to think of it, someone was selling the full kit on Dezertrangers for I wanna say $1100.
Pirates not bad if you aren't a dumbass, unfortunately they're alot of dumbasses
