Changed Plugs

It took all of the evening and into the night but I got all of the plugs changed on my 03 5.4 Screw. Did not remove fuel rails and it was just a slow process. Had to buy any extra 3/8 drive extension to break loose the number 7 plug. The fuel rails were in the way more so on the driver side of the engine. Hopefully by the time they are due again I will have a new truck.

Nicely done. I have to do this as well and I am just trying to mentally prepare myself. What did you torque to? Most people here swear by torquing beyond Ford's recommended spec.

Folks recommend 28 ft lbs. BTW, remove the fuel rails. They are 2 bolts each, take about 5 minutes each, are easy, and will save you a lot of time and anguish.

Did not use a torque wrench just got them good and snug. Did not have an issue with fuel rails till on the drive side and that was only on the number seven plug which I just had to disconnect the injector and turn the clip out of the way.
