Whew! That truck must be driven really conservatively. That's amazing to get that many miles out of original components. How do you drive THAT much?

That sure is impressive

The truck is a 99 model so its 15 years old, he averages 32,600 miles a year since the truck was new. Its not hard to ad up the mileage on these trucks. Just my regular daily driving and a some out of town runs i'll be within 4000 miles of the op's yearly average

Just did the calculations on mine and i just rolled over 19k on the odometer since april 22 2013 when i bought it, so come its one year anniversary my truck should have around 28,500 miles. Then if i keep it 15 years it will have 427,500 miles

If im not mistaken Bluejays 2011 5.0 has around 70k on it if i remember right. So he will be on up there pretty quick also if he keeps it.

Update: as of 10-3-15 I have 567,000 miles.

Holy crap! My 99 has about 155k on it. I replaced my engine due to my stupidity and it only has about 75k on it. I plan on keeping it until I either cant drive anymore or I'm dead.

Update: As of 7/29/16 i have 605,000 miles. Just started to use 10W-40 to try and ease the burn rate on oil. I am currently putting in a quart about every 1,000 miles.

This is seriously impressive! I'm only at 169k on my second 01 Screw 5.4. I should have kept the first one.

My friend Chris pulled into the driveway yesterday evening with a new to him 2013. I was shocked, he dealer loved his 01 extended cab XLT with the 5.4 engine (very much like my 99 Lariat)! Seems he finally had to retire it at 549K miles...
