PTM Lower valance 2002 4WD!!!

Well, tinkering on the weekend yielded a PTM Lower valance on my 2002 4WD.
Now, time for some clear headlight + signal lights and clear fogs.

Wasn't sure about painting the valance white, debated it for a while. I did some internet searching as well as on this forum and only found one other truck with the same style valance painted white. I think it turned out pretty well. And you don't see too many like this!

What kind of prep work and products did you use?

I've been thinking about painting mine, and some other plastic pieces that seem similarly "textured"

I used some dawn soap, lots of scrubbing to clean up the plastics. Used Krylon Fusion for the paint.
The directions on the can call for using an ammonia based cleaner for plastics as far as cleaning+prep of the surface.
I did the same thing for the honeycomb grill a few months ago, and no chipping/peeling of the paint yet.
time will tell if the paint will hold up!
