Brake Pressure Switch-Cruise Control

I have a 2001 F150. I have had the recall done a couple of years ago. Then the switch started leaking, so I changed it out. I have looked at the 2 inline fuses and they both look normal, they were #2's. I still have no cruise. Is there a reset switch or another fuse somewhere?
Thanks!

If you installed the new improved switch, you can safely remove the recall harness and connect it direct. Have you tried that yet? Do your brake lights work?

If your 01 is the same as my 03, check #5 fuse in the inside fuse box, 15a.

Ok, changed harness, checked fuse it's OK. Does the truck need to be moving before it will work or show that its on when I press the ON button? Had it runnung pushed button and nothing came on, on the dash.

Never mind, it works!! I thought an ON light would come on. Just the Cruise light comes on when I set it. Thanks for the help!

The CRUISE light in the dash doesn't come on until you engage it while driving.......
