Those are raptor graphics, there's a company on ebay that sells them a lot cheaper than getting them through ford but they only make them for the 04-08's iirc so you have to do some custom trimming to get it to fit our tail lights right.

Front - just a coil cut from the stock Lightning springs.

Rear - Hotchkis leafs, JLP shackles, and Strange mustang shocks

ya, if anybody where to do it i would go the route i took, and that was just go to a custom veh wrap place they will take a pic of your truck and then photoshop the graphics on there make them fit around the tails and wheel area also, then they measure and print it out, it is a little more then ebay but less then ford, and it makes it fit to your truck... i put those on about 18 months ago and it holds up pretty well, coupls scratches but that is cause some of the roads and trails i have driven that truck on...
