Whats the best and easiest way to do this?
Wire them into the parking lights or just put in there own toggle switch?

Factory style foglights? If so all the wiring should be on the truck already, you just need to tap into it then get a light switch from a truck with factory fogs.

First you need to see if you are pre-wired to fogs. There are several ways Ford did this.

1.) Do you have a "pull for fogs" function on your headlight switch?

2.) Check the PCM box under the hood and see if there is a relay in the fog lamp position (check owners manual for layout)

3.) Look underneath the bumper and see if you have pigtails clamped to the body panel.

You'll have to check all three since Ford is known for installing one but not the other two and so on. If not, all you need is a relay, some wiring, two lights and a switch. I have a wiring diagram on hand if you need one.

Here you go. Disregard the "9011 HIR Fog" part, that was part of my high-output fog lamp refit. Yours will use the 9145 H10 bulb.
