Stupid question - have you checked the oil level?

Just checking!

You may have a plugged pickup screen, or maybe the sending unit is starting to go.

The sending unit is right next to the oil filter, and is pretty easy to change. The pickup screen requires oil pan removal, and THAT is a pain.

If it starts to act up again, just replace the sending unit. I had to replace mine again this week. It's only like a $10 part.
