How can anybody tell you what it was without a code? Go over to Autozone and get it read, it's free.

That code can mean you have a bad catalytic converter.. Or is that a typo and you really meant po402?

A misfire, especially if left unrepaired for too long, can cause a converter to fail.

number 2 cylinder wont come out it just spins
Want to translate that into coherent English?

Are you sure the socket is engaging on the plug hex? You may just have some crap down in the hole that's not letting you get the socket all the way in.

You have what appears to be a blown plug (unless it's simply what glc suggested) and you're worried about a cat efficiency code?

Man no kidding, I would make getting that thing out of there (safely) my first priority if I was you. Take a flashlight and shine it down in there and look real good for any debri or maybe oil mixed with dirt that turns into that sludge gunk etc. Are you absolutely positive that your even using the right size socket? Are you sure it is a spark plug socket that both
(A) is deep enough that the end of the spark plug is not bottoming out up against your extension and preventing the socket from going just quite far enough to fit around the plug hex, and
(B) has the rubber inside to grip the spark plug?
Because that rubber can come out of the inside of the socket pretty easily sometimes, in which case what you are describing could very well be possible if the plug is already un-screwed but when you pull up on the socket the plug doesn't move without the rubber there to hold it...

Just trying to help...

If the plug were already unscrewed it would be making a huge racket.
