It's going to be all over the place. Depends on engine, other mods, how driven. Anywhere from 10.0 to 23.0

Lowered should get better than 4x4. I have an 02 F150 Screw 5.4l. I run 93 octane towing tune, with 33" tires. I get 17 mpg summer and 15 mpg winter. Difference has to do with alcohol added to winter blend fuels in missouri.

ALL fuel in MO has 10% ethanol year round. There are very few exceptions, and only with some premium (91+) fuels.

True about the 10% ethanol. Shell 93 V-Power is supposed to be 100% petroleum, which is what I run 95% of the time. But I've been told they add an additive to offset any water in the fuel in the winter time.

My truck has always gotten worse fuel economy in the winter. Not sure if it's the fuel or the cooler dense air causing the engine to consume more fuel. I keep my truck in a heated garage, so no I'm not losing fuel to engine warmup time.

x2.

I'm getting tired of reading these gas mileage threads. Its a truck. Like I said before, if we could somehow get an average reading for all trucks on this forum, its going to be in the 15.0-17.0 MPG range.
