I've not done the switch, but this is just from what I've read else where:
You'll need bigger injectors or his. You'll need a tune or his computer as your stock one wont know how to handle boost.
If im not mistaken, dont most of lightning and mustang SC have a intercooler under the SC? Someone feel free to chime in on this.

I would say that's a decent deal as long as the SC is not worn out.
