The only pair I can find is from late model restoration.. Only thing is that they are for lightnings.. So my question will a 2000 lightning mirror cap fit on my 2000 xlt?

Yup, it'll fit. What do you need exactly, a crinckle black finish cap or a painted black cap? I think the Lightnings were all that plastic, not a painted cover, reason I ask is I might have a spare painted black one. Don't need it as mine is blue.
