Heres a pic of my new hood little surface rust but only on the top side.... Oh and its a functional hood. Oh yeay and only paid 180.00!!!! Score!!!!

couple good hours of prep sanding rust to bare metal, self etching primer, guide coat & wet sanding. ready for paint next weekend.

Ha, been gone awhile and get back on here and read this and of course the true blue thread catches my eye lol...but yes, that's the same hood I have. Makes the front end look much more aggressive imo. Sadly, this is the most recent pic I have of my truck. I've been running low on $$ lately, so not many updates.

Here's a good one of the grille though. Back when I had my billet grille and before I fixed that bumper gap :o


okay, I'll stop post whoring lol...just thought I'd give ya an idea of what yours will look like when you get it all painted and installed. Man, I'm getttin the itch to do get some more stuff done to my truck now lol

PTM valance, grill surround & top bumper pad look awsome. I have the grill surround and valance but i need to sand them before paint. Truck is awsome can't wait untill my stuff is painted and installed.

Well pulled the trigger. Brought the ford in and having the body completely redone. Dropped it off on monday. Going to have a ptm grill surround /mirror caps/ top bumper pad/ cowl hood installed/ Two new quater panels(started rusting by bumper was pretty bad inside) all door lips redone and body molding removed. If there is enough money left a roll pan will be added but highly doubtful this is costing alot more than expected. Any one have any suggestions please let me know while its in there. Ill be taking pics as I can make it to the body shop.

Damn...great looking truck. That is my dream hood...mine has been buckled in the front for 5 years due to an accident...I check CL every 3 days never can find one. One day....can't wait to see yours finished!

ok well im going to start installing the lift this weekend weather permitting. My friend has a 2 post lift in his barn which should make it alot easier. Here's a pic of my CL find old school 315-75-16 good year MTR'S which i found with about 85% tread left and a pic i just though looked cool of the truck.
