Yesterday I pulled and completely cleaned the throttle body then ran a can of seafoam via the brake booster vac line. Then I drove it 30 +or- miles and it was fine. It sat all day today, then I went to drive it after 23-24 hours of sitting and it's make a weird humming around 1800-2000rpms. It does it driving steady or when I downshift.
