wires???
So, i was doing some work to my truck today and came along wires that are not being use for anything. So why are they there for? One is on the drive's side and the other set of wires are on the other side.
DRIVE'S SIDE

DRIVE'S SIDE

My guess is you have an XL due to the rubber mat flooring?? Which would mean you don't have all the nice power options that the XLT and other tim options might provide..
When the truck goes down the assembly line, instead of having 50 different kinds of wiring harnesses, they have ONE and it's used in all the vehicles going down that line regardless of it's trim/option package.. That way, when it's needed during assembly, it's there.. If not, than it just goes along for the ride..
So, those are probaby for power windows/locks/security would be my guess..
