I am in the process of disassembling my tilt steering column on my 97 f150, but am having troubles removing the green plastic gear retainer that sits in behind the ignition lock cylinder. I think it snaps in, but am afraid that I will break it. If anyone has taken the steering column apart I would appreciate some advice.
