Pull off those plastic trim pieces at the bottom of the door and you can pull up the carpet from there. Run the antenna wire around the drivers seat and up towards the middle and back up and out through that black plastic thing under the middle of the dash.

As far as powering the CB I took the 12v plug they gave you and cut off the adapter on the end leaving me with the two wires, + and -. I ran those back up through that same black thing, across the pedals (under the carpet) and up through the fuse box. Took out the radio fuse (only hot with key in) and put the red(+) in the fuse slot, then shoved the radio fuse back in. (You could always buy one of those inline fuse things, but this just works just as well) and then took the black(-) and wrapped it around one of the screws just below the fuse box. I did the same thing for my radar detector, so I have a cb, radar detector, pa, etc with no wires or those annoying cords laying around my truck.

i pulled up the plastic on the drivers door and ran it in the channel to the back through the cab vent to the bed.

for the power, i tapped into the cigarette lighter in the fuse panel.

I didn't, it came with the horizontal mount. Picked it up at a local truck stop (Love's I think)

http://www.rightchannelradios.com/mi...-stud-454.html

Just got something like that and only used the top half.

What im looking to get is one of these bad boys, you just fold it down when you don't want it.

Somebody stole my fiberglass antenna so I keep my spare one in my box along with the magmount. Im thinking about getting that fold over adaptor so it lays down between my back window and box when I don't need it and its out of sight.

If you want a mount like mine I would purchase something like this http://www.walcottcb.com/hm1-horizon...ath=28_353_436 So if you buy the antenna you posted (http://www.walcottcb.com/firestik-fs....html?cPath=28), the adaptor I posted (http://www.walcottcb.com/antenna-fol...3ez-p-262.html), and the coax cable (http://www.walcottcb.com/rg8x-coax-c...l?cPath=28_355) you will be good to go.

I would call Walcott's number just to double check. 1-563-284-6051

You can also walk in to any truck stop around Edmond and pick up the same parts there.
