Brake lights & blinkers not working

The brake lights & blinkers aren't working on my 2003 F150. The right blinker will work sometimes but really fast & the brake light on the cab works. I've checked the fuses in the fuse panel under the steering wheel & checked all of the bulbs & they are ok. I did check the relay fuses in the power distribution box under the hood & one was loose ,#304. I pushed it in & than everything worked fine. But last night when I left work I had the same problems again. Is there a chance that the relay is bad? I can't tell by my manual what relay switch controls the brake lights & turn signals but the one that was loose says it's for the PCM relay. Does that mean anything? Did I just get lucky when everything worked yesterday?

thanks

Pull that relay out, and then pull out a relay from another spot and switch them to test it.

Tried that & it didn't work.

Ended up biting the bullet & taking it to my local Ford garage. $$$$

Oh well can't drive like it is.

The problem on my 2003 F150 was the the Multi-Function Switch. One of the connectors was broke & it wasn't making good contact. My understanding is that it's in the steering wheel column. My guess is that it broke from tilting the steering wheel for the past 7 years. Hope this helps if anyone ever has a similar problem. Looks like a pretty easy fix.
