haha i already took everything apart except the one big wrap around piece, and im leaving it in there when i paint it so ha!

x2! its probably gonna be easier to pull it out rather than mask off the whole inside of the truck from overspray

not for me.. i just have to take off my previously painted pieces, and i have a massive paint tarp that i can drape over the front seats and back seats, and the windshield im just putting newspaper over it and taping it. ive thought about it long enough and this way is easier for me. plus, ive looked for an hour or so on here and couldnt find instructions on how to remove that part of the dash, and just looking at it, the piece barely looks like it'll fit out the door

haha yeah, just looking at it, it looks difficult.. for me it would really be easier to just tape off the windshield with newspaper and cover the seats

i wouldnt forget about the ceiling either overspray likes to go everywhere you dont want it

Exactly, You don't think it would but the overspray will stick to ANY uncovered surface.

Yea, especially inside the truck because it will all just linger inside and float around and eventually up on to the roof of the cab or sink down to the floor. But in a semi-closed area like that it will find its way to everywhere.

well in that case just make sure you cover every window and peice of trim or just pull all the trim out

yeah i plan on pulling all the pieces i have painted, covering the seats and windshield and ill be good

Yea you should be good then man, are you replacing the carpet cause its worn, or changing the color or both?

both. it didnt have floor mats and idk how long it hasnt had them, but im getting navy blue carpet to match the trim, and the headliner will be white eventually
