Conversion 5x135 to 6x135

I'm new, like literally just created an account just so I could see what people's thoughts were on changing the bolt pattern for the 97-03 f150 from 5x135 to the 6x135 that the newer f150s have. I was looking at adapters, but I just don't feel "safe" with them, so I was wandering if anyone has any knowledge on how hard, or roughly how much it would cost, to convert.

up front is a major problem its been tried before and unless you want to redesign the front suspension then you cant do it without adapters. the back would be easier but the nbs trucks have bigger rear rotors.

imo just stick with 5 on 135mm or get adapters to 5 0n 5.5

Hey...if you're asking this question because you can't find a wheel you like in your bolt pattern, keep in mind mine will be for sale very shortly. Just waiting on my wheels and tires to be available.

RimzOneOnline.com will custom drill some wheels they have on their website so if you find a rim you like on there, give them a call.

Wrong, only certain wheels. I've tried.

Aw man I was under the impression it was most rims on there. Too bad. At least the ones I want are already in our pattern

Why do you want to do this?
