Recommend brakes / suspension

Now that I have fixed my spark plug issue, and carried out a bunch of other tune up items to my truck, I am moving on to brakes and suspension. Can anyone tell me what the places are to buy both brakes and suspension? I plan to install new brake pads, possibly rotors (I can't feel much, if any of a lip on the current rotors), might need a caliper, I also need to replace the shocks as they are done.

Just looking for firstly the best place to buy them, and secondly recommended brands. This is for a 2000 Lariat w/extended cab, the truck does not do any towing, and is only used lightly off road.

Thanks.

I just bought the autozone lifetime pads and got there rotors. stops just fine. I bought the bilstin shocks on e-bay 5100's i think. They are good off road a little firm on the street.. I also replaced both front calipers with the autozone ones.

I get all my brake components from rotor pros http://www.rotorpros.net

Ive noticed a dramatic difference in my braking power and less distance to stop.

I would use ceramic or kevlar based pads if your going for more grab on the disc.

Quick question, I havent changed pads on an F150 since back when i had my 97... are the calipers still held on by regular bolts or has ford gone to an alan or torque? I would imagine my '03 should be the same as the '07... But... Thought I'd ask before I drive over to my bud's house w/o my set of torque bits.
