What I've been up to

Well I haven't dropped off the face of the planet lol...
but as some of you may remember, I had bought an L engine to swap into my truck and ended up selling it. Well, on the way back from San Antonio (where I delivered the engine to), I found this '93 5.0 LX convertible limited edition (1500 were made). It had been driven by an old man who towed it behind his RV (which is why you see the tow bar brackets up front). Found it for less than the price I sold my motor for, so I picked it up and headed home in it lol. Yes, I still have the truck, this is just my toy. It's pretty clean overall, but needs some work. Body is straight as an arrow, paint is good still. Interior is clean except upholstery. Dash, door panels, etc. is all clean and complete with the exception of the missing shifter surround. Runs and drives good, but feels like it could use a tranny rebuild or hopefully just a tuneup? Gets around 24-25 hwy mpg. A selling point for me was the documentation that came with the car. Still has the original window sticker, order sheet showing the limited edition package documentation, even has the original warranty card.
On to pics:

Nice find

Heres my buddies... 50 state legal stroker, put down 380 to the wheels with some mild pulls since it was fresh with only 200 miles on it when it hit the dyno. He didn't build it to be a monster, hence the emissions. 380 is plenty of fun though, it can get crazy if you put it down. All original paint, top, interior, wheels... everything. Amazing and one of the most flawless ones I have seen in original condition. The pics don't do justice.

It is part F150 though..... Thats my spare oil filler cap I gave him since his had a crack in it.

Best color combo imo for a convertible, especially on a hot summer day. That's what I was looking for in a sn95 (because of the better radio/shifter location over the fox), but triple whites are hard to find.

Pretty cool, nice find.. Not feelin an automatic 5.0 though to be honest. Not going to be worth as much as a 5speed either but still something fun to toy around with. Sorta..

Nice white convertible. I got a white 02 model of my own. I love my Stang about as much as my F150.
