Climate Control Panel not illuminating

I have a '99 F150 but at night I cannot see the climate control panel. All other lights come on, i.e. radio, cluster, etc.. Does anyone have any ideas of how to go about fixing this? I checked the fuse but it is fine.

Any help would be great. Also if you can explain how to go about changing out bulb, if this is what I should do.

Thanks in advance

Thanks a lot, very much appreciated. After reading your thread, it looks like I will need 2-each 194 bulbs.

@Raptor, just wanted to say thanks. I have the contol panel illuminating now. The whole process took about 20 minutes, which included taking the burnt out bulbs to the auto part store and purchasing new ones. I appreciate the help. Next on my list, replace COPs.
