Would this TSB cover me?
I have an 03 that I bought used with a slow seat belt retractor. Anyone know if the following TSB would cover me? Thanks!

A TSB or Technical Service Bulletin is just a service to the dealer techs telling them how to fix something. It is not a recall. If your truck is out of warranty, then you will have to pay for any TSB work that is done.
