Truck's lookin' good dood.

Now get some fogs and a higher res camera to eliminate the HDR graining.

you may be on full res, but once you get to the part of extreme grunge in the HDR world, the grains start to appear quickly.

also a tripod helps for clarity.

I want a DSLR....

What, a Nikon D50. I need to show you a thing or two! Haha.

For HDR shots, set it to M Mode, set your aperture and iso how you likey.

Then go to MENU > 3rd Option Down (Pencil Looking Icon) > #12 BKT Set > 2.0 AE & Flash > 2.0 Step > Ok

Great shots non-the-less. The second set's quality seems to be much better, captured the sun better in them. What lens you have on that sucker?

Then with tripod or something to hold camera really still take 3 shots. You can do that numerous times. Then you can go back and turn the BKT Set back to off when your finished. In photomatrix load in the 3 shots your camera takes. One should be normal, over exposed, under exposed. Then you HDR the crap out of that picture.

D40, well that one if the settings are the same haha! No, I just happen to own a D50 also.

For HDR's with your D40 a google search returned this: http://dptnt.com/2007/10/hdr-photogr...ing-nikon-d40/

Most everything I have learned about my camera was either from google searching, or from trial and error. I'm still no where good at grasping it's pure ability.
