Buzzing noise
Truck info: 2000 f150 4x4 5.4l xlt 183,000 miles.
So here is the problem; there is this odd buzzing noise seemingly comming from under the dash of my girlfriedns f150. this buzzing seems to only occur under the following two conditions. 1. the truck is going faster than 35 mph.
2. the truck hasn't reached operating temperature. Once the temp guage gets to normal, the noise will not come back. also if you decelerate below 30 and keep it under 30 the sound stays gone. Any ideas what might be causing this noise and why it is these two variables that cause it to occur? thanks for any help as this has me completely bumfuzzled.
