well a couple weeks ago i was backing out of a parking spot and caught a down telephone wire and i went to take off and it bent the bumper out and i have done the jack trick (w/ a 10,000lb lift) so if anynoe was an idea on what else to do it would help

which way is it bent? like back away from the truck or down or up?

Id back it close to a wall, put the jack against the wall, and put a 2x4 between the jack and the bumper and push it that way. Might try and go a little further then needed so it when it "springs back" past tension it will be right

back intosomthing with a friend watching you. tell him to say when its even...the 09 trucks bend easy lol these are actualy built tough

 

well i went to look at it and the mount is ****ed also ill just go with this till i do my bumper build

 

take off the bumper and straighten out the brackets.
