i have been having trouble trying to get my trucks bypass programmed either im not programming it right or i have a clone key im using the the pkall has anybody on here been able to program a bypass to there truck especially the pkall it will start with the key in the ignition?

 

Do you have the unit updated to the correct firmware the your truck? Also, is there any reason you didnt use a PKFM? Both units are capable, but the PKFM would have most likely saved you some trouble.

 

Yes everything is update i even email and called xpresskit and they told me software is updated on the pkall only thing i have been reading is im not inserting the seconod connector before the led turns on im going to retry again this weekend and if all fails im going to buy the pkfm or the 556uw and just a new key cut and programmed .

 

If you already have two keys that will start the truck you can program the third yourself. it's really simple to do. I would still by the bypass I mentioned above before going through all that trouble.

 

im going to give it another try and try programming the pkall and if it goes sour im just going to buy the pkfm and program it that way i just hear so many people intalling the pkall without out problems but if it wont program the pkfm it is lol. now fordman22 i read earlier that in our ford we have to wait at least 2 minutes before the bypass can work with the remote start

 

ford man22 it looks like im going to have to order the pkfm still no luck with my pkall bypass? im lost i might go to bestbuy and get it updated firmware as the tech installer there said to come by he would update the firmware for just in case last resort i tested and im getting signal from the tx rx cables do you have any pics of the tx rx cables just to verify everything is correct and then i have the ignition wire attached to the ignition wire on the car not on the ignition of the pats connector or does it have to go on the pats connector ignition.?










REMOTE START WORKS NOW HAD A THE WRONG NEGATIVE WIRE FROM THE ALARM WIRED TO THE PKALL ALL IS GOOD .

yes everything is working now i have a quick question for you fordman when i remote start my stereo and amps and such dont turn on i know i need to wire the second accesory wire or third to have them turn correct? my ac/heater turns on when remote starting which is really what i want for the cold or hot days . Now on the good side of my stereo not turning with the remote start is that it would be stealth no one wood know there is a nav and system since it doesnt turn on with the remote start. im kinda of thinking of leaving it like that.
