Several problems and codes

I am leaking ant-freeze and I don't know where it is coming from exactly, all I know is that when I look under the truck it looks like it is running down the frame of the truck and then dripping off under the passenger side, the only think I can think of is freeze plugs but are there any behind the transmission, also I have this mist that comes out of the vents and fogs up all of my windows in my truck how ever it does not smell like anti-freeze like it did the last time my heater core went out, also it did not do this the last time either and as far as I can tell it only happens when it is cool(like at night or when I am going through a car wash)

also here are some codes maybe someone can help me out as to where to start to fix them and/or if I am on the right track

P0300 - Random / multiple cylinder misfire detected - Replace spark plugs/wires??

P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction - Replace Camshaft sensor??(also what is happing with the engine and this code)

P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected - Replace DPFE Sensor??

P0171 - System too lean (Bank 1) - Replace o2 sensors??(which one)

P0174 - System too lean (Bank 2) - Replace o2 sensors??(which one)

any ways thats where i am at right now and man does it suck.

For the anti-freeze leak, I'm still thinkin' it is at the heater core... especially if you are getting a mist through the vents. Since you don't smell it in the cab, maybe the inlet/outlet tube(s) are leaking somewhere

well if it is the heater core any idea what could cause it to keep failing, this will the the 3rd time replacing it since we got the truck in 98,I just replaced it about 3 years ago, and I guess a sure fire way to find out if it is or not is just to bypass it and drain it and see if it still does it

You do not replace O2 sensors for lean codes, they are doing their job. You look for vacuum leaks. The PCV elbow behind the intake manifold is the prime suspect. You don't replace the DPFE for a P0401 until you check the whole EGR system for problems - prime suspects are plugged EGR passages in the throttle body or broken/leaky vacuum hoses to the DPFE and EGR valve or a stuck EGR valve.

I have read quite a few posts such as this one:
https://www.f150online.com/forums/ot...ctrolysis.html

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't... hard to tell from here but its somewhere to start and one possibility to eliminate

How good is the quality of the heater core you purchased? Could be a bad solder joint for an inlet/outlet tube

well I got the heater core and had everything done at the dealer so I would assume that it is good and if I remember correctly I bought the heavy duty one they sold, and I think there was a TSB on that electrolysis but I guess it couldn't hurt to double check
