Yeah, that's right. There's three clips on the top of the seat back, one on each side and one in the middle. Just get a strong grip on the seat back and pull it up and out of the clips holding it in. The easiest one to see is the middle one, so take a look at it and you'll figure it out. It only takes a minute. Once its off, just flip over the little flap of carpet behind your back seats and theres two cab mount bolts right there.
Hopefully it works out for you man!

Ok thanks, yeah i know how to get it off and it is def 100x easier than taking out the whole seat. I'm surely hoping it goes smooth. I live in Florida so i'm not worried about any of the bolts or heads being rusted out. I spent all day this afternoon pressure washing underneath to prevent dirt falling in my eyes all the whole time during install and just for the record I hope to never do that again. I looked like i dove head first into the nastiest swamp you ever seen. haha

so it seems as if a body lift is very difficult to install, the lifts are practically dirt cheap as far as any automotive part that lifts your truck. Im a hands on guy but I just plan on leaving this to the pros. I got a quote for install/body lift/caps all for 800 bucks, they said if the interior has to be taken out then it will be 900, I sure I can do this on my own but it just scares the crap out of me to install this on my own. how long di it take you guys to install it?

It took me a weekend to install mine, but I was mostly working by myself.
