Did both the 6" Fabtech, and the 3" body lift in my gravel driveway, with no power/air tools. One weekend for the 6" kit, and one weekend for the 3" B/L.
With a bit of skill, anyone could do the same, and the satisfaction is nice, too.

Doin' it yourself is always cool.

Had my 6" on for about 2 yrs. No probs to date. Hell, I even plowed through some trees one night, one hit my crossmember pretty dang hard, and it just put a small little ding in it. I'm picky, so I ordered a new one from the good guys over at fabtech for I wanna say about $300.... Still haven't installed it yet

I am however getting new shocks (bilstein 5100's, but they're on backorder right now)

If you're planning on lifting your truck, fabtech is the way to go for our trucks IMO. You won't regret it, and if you have any questions, the guys over at fabtech will be glad to answer them.
