So i have an 01 f150 lariat ... When i have my parking lights on my right directional goes on but will not blink... same thing when i have the parking lights on the hazards light up but will not blink... however with out the parking lights on they blink fine... by the time i get out of works its dark and about 20 degrees so i havnt really diagnosed it much.. i did try replacing the bulbs in the front and rear and still did the same thing.. the only bulb i didnt repalce was the mirror light bulb but it also works fine without the parking lights on anybody had this problem before or know what the problem is ?

replace the flasher relay?
