Saw a 2003 Ford F-150 STX regular cab 5spd today, went by and test rode it. The truck is in great shape, when test riding it i felt a weird vibration and the cd player and window buttons didn't work, are these easy fixes or is this truck not worth buying? Feedback on the truck PLEASE!!!

 

whats the mileage and where did the vibration come from.

cd player should be replaced with aftermarket anyway and window switches are an easy fix.

 

Have a mechanic check it out - vibrations could be almost anything without a more detailed description. It could simply be worn out U-joints or out of balance or out of round tires. Is it a V-6 or a 4.6 V-8?

 

It's a 4.6L V8. The vibration wasn't like bone jarring but you could def. feel it, felt like it came from the left hand side of the truck, the weird thing was that the power door locks worked but the window switches and the AFTERMARKET cd player didn't work.........kinda skecptical about it?
