Offset and backspacing question

Im changing my 20s for 22s and I need to know what offset is the max for these year of trucks? I dont want the wheels to stick out too much or stick in too much. Right now I have 275/45/20 and going with 305/40/22. ThANKS

Honestly, I don't know what the best backspacing is for street style wheels is on the 97-03's. I know with an offroad style wheel you want 4.5 inches of BS so with a street wheel, I'm sure you want more than that.
