Can only use 97 - 98 in 97 - 98 trucks, 99 can only be used in 99, and 00 - 03 can be used in 00 - 03 trucks. The 99 cluster looks the same as the 00 - 03 but what you can't see is the 'cruise' indicator light the 00 - 03 clusters have.
