Are you not having heat issues with those 9005 SS Ultras in the fog lights? I would think that's WAY too much for those housings....

They do run about 30% hotter, but the only plastic piece is the bracket that holds it/aims it. The lens on the STX/Harley fogs are pure glass and the reflector buckets are chrome-dipped metal alloy. Nothing to melt.

Looks good! is the little gap between the hood and grille surround because you need a new hood? Other than that looks about perfect.

Yeah the hood it pushed up a bit. I'm sure the header panel could use some readjusting too.

Pics come later, but headlights are in. Got some temporary bulbs until I can get some Silverstars and LED switchbacks in there. Junk yard once I get out of class for a hood.
