a couple new mods

i polished and waxed the truck yesterday, installed a boost guage, gap guards, new TCI transmission pan, changed transmission filter, changed transfer case fluid and a Alabama A and f150onine decal.

here is the tci pan, holds 2 more quarts

metal shavings i found on the magnet in the pan!!

stock pan, covered in clutch shavings and metal!! this is only after 62,000 miles! i dont know where the shavings came from?

clutch pack material and metal and that wasnt all of it

new filter

cleaned stock pan

alabama A and f150online decal

Thats sweet! Does it have like a water feed or something? My intercooler mounts on the bumper brackets so it gets alot of air.

What has been taking you so long?!

yeah, its water cooled.
those two black lines on the left go to a heat exchanger that gets mounted up front.

work has me moving around so i never got to install it for over 18 months its been 900 miles away at my parents house. im finally getting settled down so now i can focus on getting parts to put it on. which, i almost have everything. i got a walbro 255 on its way here now!

OH I see now! Haha I am learning something . Im not big on the lightning blowers.. I havent researched them or anything. Thats pretty cool how that works. Trust me though.. you will be kicking yourself after you drive it for the first time for not putting it on sooner.

Oh I have a walbro 255 too! They are super quiet which is important! Sounds like your truck is goin to be siccckkk!

yeah, im on lightningrodder.com i learn alot over there.

man tell me about it!! watching Lightning videos on youtube all day doesnt help either! once i get this thing on and some 4.88 gears in this thing, its gunna haul ***! haha! i just need the extra gearing for when i go to the sand dunes up here.

im glad the walbro isnt loud, it was either it or the bosch pump

If its any consolation.. I watch lightning or corvette videos on youtube all day too . I just dont know if I would go with 4:88s though.. unless you go with 38s. Not like you are going to be hurting for acceleration being supercharged anyways

Hell no to bosch man.. walbro is where it is at! You would never know you had it unless you put it in there which is what I like. The procharger boost-a-pump sounded like a beehive under there
