a couple new mods
Thats so sweet your trucks gonna be sweet!
I've got the 4.88's, It'll be downt the road but i was just trying to decide between slapping a sc on the 4.6 or selling the 4.6 and putting it towards a lightening motor. A used lightening motor is pretty reasonably priced it seems like and my motors is fairly low miles. But anyway, just wanted to comment. Your setup is/gonna be sick!

I'm thinken it would be cheaper for me to purchase this thing. I wouldn't have to anything but lift it, throw some 35's on there, replace the hood and paint it a decent color.

Ah crap, that would still be expensive, but I bet it would be a fun truck.

That guy is either going to pull out of the auction towards the end, - or someones going to get a good deal. The motor and trans have low miles/hours.
From what I can see, it looks like a factory install, - good workmanship and not just thrown together. Mechanically done well, like I said, -from what I can see.
The seller knows his transmissions as-well and it's built.

I think you should go 4.56's and find a spare trans to build @ http://www.car-part.com/. That way you'll have the hardware to do it all up once and it will last. It's just money, you'll have a nice set up.

Good deal, -DB will do a good job. Shift kit, -yea that's what I did and it fixed all my tranny problems. That was a few years back.
Nah, being serious , the truck wouldn't move at one time lol. A shift kit fixed it.
For you, it would definitely be better than nothing. It will keep your temps down. For the trans, run AMSOIL. That's great stuff, - I only run that in the trans.
Oh , and ease into the power if you throw that blower on, - no wheelies.
