I would just use a drop in LED bulb for the cargo lights to keep a nice even spread of light. But sure it could be done I'd have to get some white LEDs

or did you mean do red all the way across?

yes its possible but like i said i'd have to find white LEDs first, but i would still recommend doing a drop in LED bulb in the factory holder because of how the housing is designed
