Have you been following the maintenance schedule? When was the last time you changed the spark plugs, plug wires, air filter, gas filter, etc.? Have you ever cleaned the throttle body, IAC, and MAF? Is the CEL on, are there any stored OBD2 codes?

It could be just about anything. Pretty hard to diagnose over the Internet without a lot more detailed info.

changed plug wires. and when i changed the plugs the cylinder #4 was stuck so i took a cheater bar and gave it everything i had. it came out but not without at least three threads stuck to it. it tightens down but not for long. i changed the oil bout 1000 miles ago, and the fuel filter when i did the oil, so i dont know what i should do. several people told me to go to napa and get a coil to put in it? i dont know if i could do that myself and the code was cylnder 4 missfire but ive done all that and the coils working and so are the wires ive checked all of them to make sure and the plug fires i took it out and saw it spark so idk wht to do?

Crap man, try using a little punctuation and allot of spell checking before you post. That gave me a headache trying to figure this one out. I gave up.
