Any one have any insight to what number u-joints I have in my truck?

It's a 2001 4.2L F-150 Ext. cab aluminum DS with a 4R70W.

I have 151k on the truck, and after lowering the rear as much as I have, I think it's time to get some new ones, and I noticed a bunch of different numbers on u-joints while looking for replacements, so I need help.
