Talking 08+ F250 SD tail lights Harley style

so since i got a ticket for my tails i felt the need to have an extra set of red ones for court and what not. bought myself some f250 tails for cheap and put them on and liked them.

they looked good...but they were missing something. that was the beautiful color black. thanks to darrenws6 for the sweet write up and videos for the 04-08 f150 tails i decided to do mine also.

then i decided they werent dark enough for my taste so i painted the ring around the outside. painted the back of the lense so it looks smoked kinda, i like them and they look pretty damn factory. they still need to be siliconed and sealed up

So just paint the insides with krylon fusion and thats about it or what? The main thing im worried about is the baking them part. I really dont wanna ruin them...

Yea exactly. It was nerve racking but very very easy and after that was done it's all simple. Just 9 minutes each at 200 and they popped off pretty easy following the write up
