looks good. if it was me tho i would also do a small coat of vht on the outside.
like the lightest coat possible. just to cover up the brightness of the red and make it a little darker even so...

thanks fellas. im debating doing a light coat of vht on the inside of the reflector at the bottom of the lens before sealing them up.

and eric i like the chop but to do a ptm boarder id have to mask off and prime before paint and paint the outside of the edge because as you can see the inside of the lens is now black but looks deep red on the outside

I thought they had LEDs in them?

I was thinking about recommending the PTM ring as well.

can't paint the inside of it? so that way it won't ever chip off or anything

theyre just stock tails pat. all the aftermarket led ones look just like the stock tails that came on the truck.

and eric i would love to paint the insides but the red on the outside of the lens will shine through and wont match really.

do a light coat over the outside if you decide to go that route, i do like your idea of a layer of vht over it, they are pretty bright red stock.

hey man nice truck... i have a white and tan 97.. i dont like the tan rockers and the top of the bumbers are tan so i was wondering how much the rhino lining costed it looks sweet i thing some black fender flares would top the looks off in my opinon any ways get back to me if you can
