1998 F150 XLT
4.6 engine (completely stock, never had valve covers off)
Replaced transmission and convertor at 202,000 miles.
Current mileage is 309,860 as of this morning!

Valvoline 10W-30 oil changes every 4,000 miles.
Still gets 16mpg in blend of city/highway driving too!

2002 5.4L . Bought new in ‘02 with 30 miles on odometer. It’s been a fantastic truck! Not perfect but for a inexperienced (but game) DIY’er, thanks to forums like this and people like y’all, it’s still going strong.
