1998 Ford F150 wont Start!

i changed the head gasket and all the other gaskets, cleaned everything before i put it back in , finally got everything together and had to jump the truck because the battery was low, started after the second attempt and stayed on for about 2 minutes then it shut off and now it wont start , i crank it and hear a loud cranking noise ( sounds like the started and the flywheel) but it will not start, someone PLEASSEEE. help.....suggestions?? solutions?? anything...

I would go back and double check the timing marks.

If it started and run once, then it most likely is assembled right.
You either lost fuel or ignition control.
Crank position sensor plug,
Cam position plug,
Loss of fuel.
The fuel pressure can be tested without starting the motor.
Ignition by cranking.
See which avenue the issue is, first.
No crank position sensor and nothing works.
No cam positon no fuel injection.
etc.
Good luck.
