Your not going to get the increases you desire from bolt on parts like exhaust, intake etc.
The motor has little accessable power in that way.
These parts are a benifit at higher RPM where airflow begins to be less efficient with stock parts.
First, the motor is only 262 cubic inches in a 6000 pound truck.
The basic problem is the lack of engine displacement for producing torque in a naturally aspiriated engine.
Supercharging makes up for the small engine size by "forcing" a lot more air into the same displacement.
PCM reprogramming may net some improvement over stock but still not a lot.
Only way is to supercharge but it also requires a complete system design or you would get into issues of reliabiliy due to mismatches in the system.
One example is ignition timing aggressiveness. Another is fuel injection increases, so you see why there needs to be complete system design.
Another way to help 'take-off' is to install lower rear end gears.
Good luck.
