I just blacked out the taillights and I'm thinking about painting the headlight insides. Should I go white or black? And what color should I paint my grill?
I'm going to see if i can pick up a 4x4 valence from the junkyard but either way I am going to paint the valence white, same with the upper bumper pad and fender flares. Thanks for the input guys, I have these ideas in my head and I don't know if they would translate to looking good in real life so you guys giving your opinions is immensely helpful

Looks good so far man. Now remove the door moulding. Its free and it is a humongous improvement.

I removed the door moulding. What a PITA the adhesive was to remove. Didnt get to shoot pics yet but I did change the badges. Little something to make my truck unique.

Well, it use to look good... - That's not workin for me, - I liked the two tone on that truck better. Course, I think they look better with the moldings as well. I'm replacing my moldings because of all the little nicks out of them,- from parking lot terds whipping their doors open without any regard. Man, I would love to catch the poor sole in the act

But anyway, - isn't that color "Oxford White" ? Hit Sherwin Williams up for some automotive grade in a can (aerosol) . They do that now and it's allot better than Duplicolor stuff.

Ya I was just trying out the vinyl to see if it grew on me. Still not sure yet.

I know what you mean about people who just through their doors open like theres nothing around them. Pisses me off every time I see it even if its not my truck. I like the clean look with no door moldings and once I get my step bars back on (I'm 5'7" and don't wanna tear up my seat, plus my parents are even shorter so they gotta go back on) I figure they would hit the steps before the molding so its not needed.

I just got it back from the shop. Lift is nice but looks hella goofy with stock tires. Tires and wheels come in Tuesday I believe.

Nice! That made the truck look allot better. I don't know about the 17X9's your going to use for rims tho. Guess I'll have to see once you get them installed. They seem to narrow, but they may look okay.

BTW- Still can't get use to that white stripe on the bottom. It just doesn't fit. I think your going to fix that ....Right ?

I think everything should be Oxford White, even the flares. SW now lists that color on their site in the aerosol. Lower panels are easy to paint and white is forgiving. Just don't try it with Duplicolor products.
