Nevermind, I found them. An yep, your absolutely right. They were cheaper. Weird, how they had 2 listings, both the same, but different prices. Oh well. I didn't pay for them!

I got them off of ebay. Go on ebay and type in "f150 r8 headlights" and a bunch of them should pop up.

Dnasty is right about the price. 200 bucks without shipping tho. Which was 45 bucks.
so how do they work? whats high beam and whats low beam?

also, do you remember what bulb the projector uses?

I've been interested in the first set for awhile...however, I've asked a couple of members on here who have them about them. The thing I don't like is that the projector is the high beam. I want the projector to be the low beam so an HID setup would have the proper cutoff and not blind people. Plus it would look cool driving around town with the projector beam pattern. I have thought about if I could just switch the harnesses and run the projectors for lows and reflectors for highs and just re-aim the projectors, but I'm afraid the reflector part would be a little out of whack then.

Those Scion projectors are factory made with strict standards that go in thousands of cars. You're talking about quartz glass with other high end components. aftermarket projectors are NOT the same. The only resemblance is the cutoff. Don't go thinking youre getting all that light output because you will be disappointed.

Also, OEMs use 4000-5000K HIDs, not 8-10K

ehh i know that it wont be too far off from the scions... i know that the lights on a scion are of higher quality... but still it cant be too far off ffrom the f150 projectors.... also... im not looking for incredible light output... i love the deeper blue color more than the white stock projector light.... i know that the lower kelvin the light is the more light output that it has... but i just want a projector head light output... i hear what your sayin raptor about strict standards... but i jus personally think that it wouldnt be that bad off....
on that note.... does ne one know if the projector is the high beam or the low beam?
