lightning nose with factory fender flares??

anyone have a picture of this?

based on this:

https://www.f150online.com/forums/ot...s-01-ford.html

it looks like I'm stuck with the flares.

Yeah, I think we'd have to go to a body shop and get the holes filled.

Are the holes left behind round or square? If theyre round, fill them with a nice aluminum rivet, might not look to bad. Or a PTM rivet

or you can leave the fender flares and it'll look fine (many harley truck have done this)

but I kinda like the idea of rivet's PTM it'd be different for sure

reminds me of my dechroming effort on my 80 cutlass that left four huge holes in the fender and a myriad of studs down the door, sill & rear 1/4.

(it still looked better without all that chrome)

my f150 logos would already be gone but for the holes.

rivets, you use a rivet gun and they clamp on

but please don't do the rivet thing, it'd look like hell. stock flares look great. My Uncle member 'rus' has flares and a L nose with cowl hood on his 02 f150 7700 lariat.
