Spindle lift. What all needs to be done?

With a spindle lift, do i need to get the cam kit or whatever, or would it be fine to just put the spindle on and a rear block?

What are the best kind of spindles?

Either fabtech or doestch spindles. You dont need anything other than the spindles. You will need to get a grinder and grind down the inside of the lower control arm so that the spindles do not rub on them. Thats about it.

you gonna do lift coils also? might as well do spindles blocks and lift coils with camber bolts also. talk to lightning expo hes selling his. and most people get doestch or spintech unless you want to spend 750 on the fabtech ones for just the spindles

I agree. If you decide to add coilspring spacers or lift springs with the spincles I'd go ahead and get camber bolts also.

i would recomend fabtech spindles, they are a little more expensive but i think well worth the money. plus with the other guys i couldnt find a 3.5" spindle i could only find 3". but it all depends on how much you wanna spend and what hight you want.

the reason that fab tech is 3.5 is because they move the mount on the side of the lower control arm ... but that also means that had to move the stud out .5 of a inch so your front wheels stick out .5 inch on each side personally i like it but some dont ...

Fabtech makes 3" spindles. Doestch is the only one that makes 3.5" spindles, and they only work on non 4 wheel ABS models(or front wheel ABS).

I stand corrected, but holy crap that link took forever to load.

Oh, and if you call doestch OP make sure you dont order steering stabilizers from them. They don't come with brackets, and the brackets they want you to buy cost $70.

the Rough Country 3" lift kit for the 97-03 2WD Ford F150 truck includes CNC machined front steering knuckles with a rear block kit and hydro shocks. Shock boots not included.

Idk what a CNC machined front steering knuckles are?

that the only hesitation i have with this kit.
